About

About New Brunswick Now

New Brunswick Now was created because too many of the challenges facing our province have continued year after year while governments and political parties have changed. Healthcare, housing, education, affordability, infrastructure, and the provincial finances all require serious long-term attention.

We believe New Brunswick needs a practical political alternative focused on results rather than political tradition. That means responsible spending, stronger public services, greater accountability, and a growing private-sector economy that creates jobs and generates the revenue needed to support those services.

New Brunswick Now is building toward the 2028 provincial election with the goal of giving New Brunswickers a credible new choice and a stronger voice in the future of their province.

How New Brunswick Now Began

New Brunswick Now grew out of citizen advocacy around healthcare. What began as an effort to draw attention to emergency-room waits, access to care, and accountability gradually revealed something much larger: many of New Brunswick’s challenges are connected.

As that work expanded, it became clear that improving healthcare also requires stronger provincial finances, better long-term planning, housing, education, workforce development, and economic growth. That led to a broader decision — to build a provincial political movement focused on practical solutions across government.

Today, New Brunswick Now is being built for New Brunswickers who believe lasting change requires more than documenting problems. It requires offering a credible alternative and doing the work necessary to build it.

What We Believe.

New Brunswick Now believes government should be practical, responsible, and accountable. Public services must work, taxpayer dollars must be treated with care, and major decisions should be based on long-term results rather than short-term politics.

We believe New Brunswick’s future depends on both strong public services and a stronger private-sector economy. Healthcare, education, infrastructure, and support for seniors all require a sustainable financial foundation.

We also believe New Brunswickers deserve clear information, transparent government, and a political system that welcomes new ideas and challenges the status quo when it is no longer working.

Our goal is simple: a stronger, more accountable, and more prosperous New Brunswick.
